Metal folders with hand written orders in ballpoint pens list our own classic dishes, like “chuletón cenital” (strip steak), “trufas cárnicas” (meat truffles) or our “Rolex”. Here you´ll also find a selection of fish and seafood dishes originating from fish markets from all over Spain, as well as a wide assortment of vegetables grown locally in vegetable gardens mostly in Navarra.

In the menu, we show the very few combining ingredients of each dish, its weight or units of measurement, and of course the simple elaboration of the main ingredients.

It’s all listed on our order slip to allow customers to make their own order.
